Your Friendship Guide (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers fully online, virtual social skills coaching (group/1:1 sessions, workshops).

No Guarantees: Individual results vary. Use services at your own risk. We're not liable for personal/professional outcomes.

Attend sessions on time (no refunds will be given for late or missed coaching sessions/classes/workshops).
Use materials for personal use only (no reselling/sharing).

Fees are listed on our website.
Payment for classes and individual coaching are due in full at time of booking.
Payment for workshops require a $100 non-refundable down payment at time of booking and must be paid in full by no later than 2 calendar days before the first workshop meeting date.
The payment terms above are necessary to hold your spot. If payments are not received accordingly, your registration will be cancelled and the spot will become available for others to purchase.
Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled if notice is received at least 24 hours before session.
Class and workshops may be rescheduled with prior notice, at our discretion.
No refunds or rescheduling for no-call, no-shows.
